Promotional Model Health Tips

Summer is near which means shorts, tank tops, bikinis and little dresses. We have been hidden behind jeans, sweaters and layers all winter so are we really ready for summer clothing? Models should always be ready but may have slacked off during this long Chicago winter. I found a great article that talks about foods that will get you that flat stomach so you are bikini ready. Some promotions this summer will require our models to wear bikinis and we want to make sure everyone is looking good and feeling confident.

 Eat these foods for a flatter stomach fast!

  1. Blueberries
  2. Asparagus
  3. Salmon
  4. Watermelon
  5. Citrus Fruits

Try to avoid these items, they will give you a bloated look.

  1. Alcohol, especially beer
  2. Soy sauce
  3. Canned soup
  4. Popcorn
  5. Dried fruit

All of our promotional models should eat healthy and work out at least 3 times a week. We will be posting health and work out tips all summer so keep checking our blog.
